Meet our Founder, Jenny Tobasky
Meet Jenny Tobasky, Founder and CEO of Campus Concierge. A proud mom of three daughters—all Tulane University graduates—Jenny knows firsthand the joys and challenges that come with supporting college students from afar. She’s also a devoted foster care mother and a passionate advocate for student wellness, with more than 20 years of experience in management, event planning, and organization.
Jenny is a certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach who specializes in helping teenagers and college students thrive—emotionally, academically, and personally. Her approach blends mindfulness, structure, and compassionate guidance to empower young adults to reach their full potential.
Inspired by her own daughters’ college journeys, Jenny launched Campus Concierge to fill a gap in student support. Her mission is to provide meaningful care, honest advice, and personalized solutions for every student and family. From move-in to finals week and everything in between, Jenny and her hand-picked team of seasoned experts are here to make college life smoother, happier, and more successful.
Jenny currently lives in Needham, Massachusetts with her husband, Evan. She brings warmth, dedication, and a deep sense of purpose to every Campus Concierge client, and can’t wait to welcome you into the family.

Meet our Director of Clinical Affairs, Jessica Feinberg
Meet Jessica Feinberg, LICSW, Director of Youth & Family Innovation and Integration at Eliot Community Human Services. Jessica has dedicated her career to helping adolescents and families navigate life’s most challenging moments. With over two decades of experience, she brings warmth, expertise, and a deep understanding of youth mental health to every space she enters.
Before joining Eliot, Jessica served as Program Director of the Belmont Adolescent Partial Hospital Program at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. Her journey began with a clinical fellowship at the Yale Child Study Center, followed by over 20 years as a therapist and clinical social worker in McLean’s Adolescent Acute Residential Treatment (ART) Program. Jessica is trained in dialectical behavior therapy and is especially passionate about supporting young adults who struggle with substance use and self-injury.
In addition to her leadership roles, Jessica has run a private practice focused on adolescents, young adults, and families. Whether working one-on-one or shaping programs on a larger scale, Jessica’s goal is always the same: to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
